Terms and Conditions for Set The Table Key West

Welcome to www.setthetablekeywest.com (the “Site”), operated by Set The Table Key West (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

 

1. Use of the Website

This Site is intended to provide information about our tabletop rentals, wedding and event stationery, and related services. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others.

 

2. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including images, designs, logos, graphics, text, and branding—is the property of Set The Table Key West unless otherwise noted and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content without prior written consent.

 

3. Services & Booking

All services (including rentals, design, and custom stationery) are subject to availability and a separate contract or agreement.- Quotes are non-binding until confirmed in writing- A signed agreement and/or deposit is required to secure your date- Final details, quantities, and designs must be approved prior to production

 

4. Payments & Refunds

Payment terms are as follows unless otherwise stated in your contract:- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve dinnerware and rental items- The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event date- Bookings are not secured until the deposit is received- Late or missing final payments may result in cancellation of services without refund. Refunds, if applicable, are handled on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to costs already incurred.

 

5. Cancellations & Changes

Cancellation and change policies will be detailed in your service agreement. We reserve the right to adjust pricing, availability, or services if significant changes are requested after booking.

 

6. Rental Responsibility

For rental items (including tabletop décor, linens, glassware, and dinnerware):- Clients are responsible for items from delivery through return- Damaged, lost, or stolen items will incur replacement fees- Items must be returned in the condition outlined in your rental agreement

 

7. Design & Custom Work

All custom designs (including menus, place cards, signage, etc.):- Require client approval before production- Are final once approved; we are not responsible for errors after approval- May be used for portfolio, marketing, and social media unless otherwise requested in writing

 

8. Force Majeure

Set The Table Key West shall not be held liable for failure or delay in fulfilling obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:- Acts of God (hurricanes, floods, severe weather)- Fire, natural disasters, or power outages- Government orders or restrictions- Labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, or transportation delays- Pandemics or public health emergencies. In such events, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule services or provide alternative solutions. Deposits and payments may be applied to a rescheduled date within a reasonable timeframe but are otherwise non-refundable.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Set The Table Key West shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:- Use of the Site- Services provided- Event-related issues beyond our control (including vendor delays or weather-related disruptions)

 

10. Third-Party Links

This Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

 

11. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

 

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

 

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
